Another rainy day in Korat

It's unusual to have such a rain in March. Today it's been raining all day, the rain seem to affect the Yamo Fair that take place at the moment in Korat downtown.

Koon flower on Ratchanikul road

Can't help to add more and more entries about Koon flower as they seem to be in full bloom everywhere in Korat now. These're pictures taken while I was stuck in the traffic on Ratchanikul road, small road that run parallel to the city moat.

Flowers blooming along Suebsiri road

As I live on Suebsiri road, I travel pass this road almost everyday. Normally the road is so beautiful in Feb-March. "Thon Koon" or Koon Tree along the road are all in full bloom. It's very beautiful at this time of the year.

Although many trees along the road are in bloom as usual this year but they look really dry. The weather seems to be so hotter than last year. The bloom doesn't look as beautiful as many other years.
