Korat Red Cross Fair 2010

The Red Cross Fair or "Ngan-Ka-Chad" is an anual fair, held during the new year's time at Sala Klang, front of Korat City Hall. I attend the fair almost every year but usually be there in the evening. This time I felt like to walk in the daylight. I had a plan to buy some local products that normally they have a lot of booths, come from different districts in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

Not many people during the day, it was a hot day in a cold season? The fair has some zones ; playland for kids (a bit like temple fair), zone of booth of local products (OTOP), less booths than I expected and zone of something like weekends market, stuffs like.. food, cloth,...etc

I've been walking around in the heat. It would be better to be there in the evening.

ภาพบรรยากาศตอนเที่ยงวัน คนยังไม่มากนัก เนื่องจากอากาศร้อนมาก แม้จะอยู่ในช่วงต้นเดือนมกราคม 2553 แต่ปีนี้อากาศร้อนจริงๆ ชมสินค้าไป ปาดเหงื่อไป สินค้าส่วนใหญ่ก็อย่างที่เห็นในภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังมี บริเวณเครื่องเล่น บริเวณเวทีการแสดง และบริเวณที่จัดเป็นที่นั่งทานอาหารอยู่ทางด้านริมคูเมืองใกล้หอนาฬิกา

อาหารก็เช่นเคย เท่าที่มองแว๊ปๆ ผัดหมี่กระโทก(โชคชัย) ติดๆกัน ผัดหมี่ตะคุ(ปักธงชัย) ขนมจีน (บ้านประโดก)อาหารดังเมืองโคราชทั้งน้าน...

ร้านนี้ เราซื้อตะกร้าหวายไป 1 ใบ ราคา 280 บาท สอบถาม คนขายบอกว่ามาจากโคกสง่า อำเภอปากช่อง นอกจากตะกร้าหวายแล้ว ยังมีตะกร้าทำจากยางพารา
