Getting around Korat

Traveling within the province is easy, with many mini-bus (called Song-Taew) and bus routes operating in the city and nearby areas. The fare on each route is 8 baht. (2009) There're also air-conditioned bus services.

A convenient way to get around the city is to take Tuk-Tuk or Samlor in the city. The price must be agreed upon before a trip.

If traveling to another district, take a bus at Bus Terminal 1 on Burin Road or at Bus Terminal 2 (new Terminal). Bus Terminal 2 provides more bus services to any districts of Korat, also to Phimai district.
